As a Catholic I always believe that Yahweh is the God, the good one. While Baal is the bad one. But based on the story of the Last of the Irin, Yahweh is the bad one.
It makes me ponder if Baal is what we called Satan nowadays since he was exiled from heaven. Oh thanks to LOTI, my mind is aching now. Gotta read and dig up some more.Fleur De LizParticipantWhat a terrible exchange of gifts. And a reminder of the rampant sexual assault since ancient times even before the onset of social media.
Fleur De LizParticipantAs the volume progresses Anahita’s character development is getting more intense. I wonder how she will shock us more in the later part of the story.
Her character is worth following. And honestly among the character she is a notable one. Easy to spot and remember. All other character I have difficulty in remembering their faces and I have to constantly look back and check who they are in the first volume.Fleur De LizParticipantOh I’ve come across another talk of Sadhguru discussing if Shiva is an Alien or what
So the Gods as we believe in our religion may be an Alien in some other culture. So it depends in each other’s interpretation.Fleur De LizParticipantSometimes the truth are mask with a lie. And the lie becomes truth. It depends on how convincing the information is being presented. Sometimes our truth are not somebody’s truth.
And their lies may become our truth. The present of science is such a great influence. But not all can be explained by science! And that is what we call a mystery!Fleur De LizParticipantLOTI creators makes it interesting by combining fiction and facts with biblical characters that are represented differently. Still there is an existence of good and bad. The way Marduk was portrayed is somewhat similar in Pharoah’s times. The twist and turn of events and characters will make you twisted. It will ignite more to the already twisted religions and the many interpretations the people has.
